SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Submission Guidelines for ISMAR Conference Papers
Note: The Abstract deadline is June 5th, 2023 (23:59 AoE). All authors are required at this deadline to provide:
- The paper title and abstract.
Additionally, where papers have been previously submitted to the journal track authors are required to:
- Indicate if they wish to request review continuity from the journal track or not alongside submitting the original journal track paper ID.
If the abstract form is not completed at this time with the information detailed above then, a full paper will not be allowed to be submitted.
The Full Paper deadline is June 12th, 2023 (23:59 AoE).
A complete paper submission including paper and supplementary files should be made before this deadline.
Note: All conference paper submissions, as well as poster papers, should be formatted as ISMAR Conference Proceedings papers, using the IEEE Computer Society VGTC format described here.
All submissions must be done electronically via PCS. Note that the use of a teaser image in papers is encouraged.
Page Length: Conference Papers: 4–8 pages of text, NOT including references. References should not exceed 2 pages in length. Note that the minimum length is 4 full pages of text.
